Caplets

DIRECTIONS: Take two (2) Rapid-Release Caplets with a glass of water two (2) times daily. To assess individual tolerance,refer to the chart. Do not exceed two (2) caplets in a 4-hour period and/or four (4) caplets in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Consume 8-10 glasses of water per day. DIRECTIONS: Open a standard 16.9 oz. bottle of water, take a sip, then empty one packet into the bottle, shake and consume it immediately 2 times daily. Take each serving approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals. Do not exceed 2 servings (2 packets) in a 24-hour period.
